A LIBRARY FOR MUSING AND
THOSE WHO MUSE
Many spiritual masters strongly
assert that the wisest approach to one’s reading is to select a few books of
great worth and read them thoroughly. As
I approach retirement, I increasingly see the wisdom in this advice and,
accordingly, I’ve begun the process of selecting those books that I think are
of the greatest worth. I don’t expect
the list to encompass more than around 20 titles, the first of which I list
below.
